Photo restoration, as well as retouching, is the first tier of photo repair. Typically, depending on the severity of the work to be done, the cost will be between $10 and $39. For example, just a red-eye removal may cost $10, while a restoration with many scratches, spots, and discoloring may run $39.

Reconstructions & Manipulations

Photo reconstruction as well as manipulation are the second tier of photo repair. Depending on the severity of the work to be done, this will cost $39 and up. This type of restoration often involves reconstruction of something that has possibly been obliterated and-or some element, an eye, or a nose perhaps, needs to be created from nothing, or a second reference photo of yours.

Commercial Flood and Fire Volume Restoration

Commercial Flood and Fire Volume Restoration is a special case where we receive all the items in question by mail after conferring with you by telephone. Once the material is shipped to us we prepare a special estimate for you and your insurance company depending on what you desire.

These price quotes, as with all work done by Photorepair.com, include a free reprint on photo paper and a free digital file saved on a CD and mailed back to you.

The possibilities with Milestone Video and Slideshow Videos are virtually endless. We can create a basic slideshow or an elaborate production. It’s all up to you.

Although only by speaking with you can we pinpoint what costs would be, the following can give you a good idea:

A simple slideshow of 100 to 150 photographs set to music costs around $200-$300. If your photographs are all digital or are already in digital format, the price will be closer to $200. If we need to convert your photographs to a digital format, the price will be closer to $300.

If you wish to have a DVD made of video footage, the price varies depending on the editing required. If you simply wish to have your video footage converted to DVD format with a nice menu and a few titles, but limited or no editing, the price is around $5 a minute. So, if you have an hour of video footage, we could create a tasteful DVD with a custom menu and add one or two titles to the video for around $300.

On the other hand, if you have video footage you want to be edited down in time, this runs around $10 a minute. So, if you have two hours of family footage and wish for it to be edited down to forty-five minutes, that would run about $450.

Perhaps you want a personalized “music video” as described above. This service is around $50 a minute. So, if you want us to create a romantic “music video” using your wedding footage, and the song you choose is four minutes, the video would be around $200.

Now, if you have video footage that you wanted edited to be short, plus you want a “music video” using the same footage, you get a deal! We’ll take $150 off the total. So if you have two hours you want shortened to forty-five minutes and a four minute song you want a “music video” to, the total is $500!
